Bad experience overall. Dr or medical staff unable to be contacted afer hours when I had adverse reactions post-dental procedure. Mentioned this to doctor after contacted during their regular bus hours, he indicated receptionist had forgotten to switch to answering service after hours but following evening and weekend same thing happened. No ability to even leave a message--just someone stating to hang up and try again. Had to contact another doctor--who after being paged called back in 15 minutes. Would not go back there.
Performance okay. Just so-so service. Nothing particularly good nor bad to say about this dentist or his facilities. Have had better experiences though.
Dr. Hashimoto has been very helpful, thorough, and professional. His staff is very nice. No complaints. He is good with kids.
