Poor follow-up after estimate visit. No quote and no responses after multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email. A representative from Hasheider Roofing & Siding came to my property on May 12, 2026 to look at a roof replacement/repair project. After the visit, I spent considerable time taking detailed photos of the roof, interior access points, roof structure, drainage/scupper area, and leak locations so they would have a clear understanding of the project's scope. Worst experience ever! Had a tree fall on my boathouse roof. As it was a PVC roof they were one of the few I could find for that type of roof. They ended up outsourcing the work. They would not fix the damaged railings. We discussed numerous times how the job was to be done and when it came to getting it done was not what we agreed upon. I believe they put me off on schedule as I had it quoted early enough and had discussed when I wanted it done. Didn't happen. Was lucky to get it done by July 4th holiday. My husband and I have a little log cabin in Soldiers Grove, WI. We had a new metal roof put on in 2022 by a local contractor from that area. We paid for the roof and very shortly after installation, it was leaking in several areas, along with drafts at both dormers. Long story short, that contractor refused to repair any of it. In the meantime, we tried finding other contractors in the area to fix the leaks and drafts, with all of them saying the entire roof needed replacing. The work performed was just too horrible.
