The only bright spot amongst Haselwood dealers that I know of is the VW parts dept. They are awesome. Very helpful. They don't control the costs so that is out of their control. I don't know if they do price matching with other dealerships but that would be a good thing to ask as the Tacoma VW parts dept did that for me and saved me a ton.
Have had problems with this gentleman before, frantic, disorganized. Charges me restocking fees for merchandise he does not have on hand. Has to run multiple transactions because of all the mistakes he makes. They should have a bar stool for all the time I have to wait
