I recently purchased a car a used car Haselwood VW dealership. I was getting my car serviced and decided I should look at used cars. Shawn in sales was professional and courteous. He took the time to understand my wish for an electric vehicle (who wouldn’t with gas prices). I also worked with Don in the finance department. I purchased a used Volvo C 40. We had an amazing experience. We came in late in the day and the everyone stayed late to get us all done with financing and detailing our new car.
I will never return to this dealership again as they are so shady and untrustworthy. We dropped off my car yesterday to have an inspection done as well as a recall fixed and my sunroof drained. I’m not sure if they even did the other two services but they did do the inspection. They wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix an array of things, some that were unnecessary and others that you can do yourself for a tenth of the price.
