I liked everything and everyone I met. I was treated fairly and offered a deal that worked for me. The sales and finance people are now my friends. I work in sales and I found these guys to be real humans.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I called ahead to ask whether I needed an appointment to have the tonneau cover latch on my Hyundai Santa Cruz repaired. One of the managers at dealership "Terry" was great communicating the status of my car and what would be covered and what is probably not and gave my wife a ride 3x outside the the area they go to. Ryan in service is also a straight shooter and good dude to work with
Haselwood Volkswagen has an amazing team that values what’s important to you in a vehicle. They are very attentive and make sure that you are very comfortable at the dealership. I was able to get the vehicle with all the things I needed and more.
Good dealership and accommodating staff, Deondre put me in an amazing car. Although I think the Service and Parts department both need a serious overhaul. It’s a coin toss if your experience will be good and it’s heavily weighted not in your favor. If you want anything done with these guys it seems like you need to constantly hound them for progress and answers. Fairly disappointing compared to my other experiences with different dealerships and mechanic shops.
