5 1/2 to change a belt, no update from staff but apparently they didn't have the right belt. The appointment for the belt was made last week!
Service center did not give updates until after several days. Did not return calls.
Always friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Very comfortable waiting area. ☺️
I was able to schedule same-day service when a light appeared on my dashboard. The technicians at Haselwood were efficient and service was friendly. Did I mention the customer-friendly waiting room with popcorn and pastries? Nice!
