An u usually smooth experience. Cole was ready for my test drive when I arrived. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the model I was interested in and relaxed in his approach. If you’re looking at Hyundai, Cole is your guy.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I dropped off my car on September 8th and the service I received was unacceptable. Their communication was terrible—I had to reach out every single time for updates, often with no response. At one point, I was told a warranty claim had been submitted, only to later find out it had never been done. After days with no answers, I was told I could try replacing the battery myself to see if that would solve the overall issue, but they still wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee—even though they ha... read more
