Incredible food, low prices Little known fact: Choochai Thai was owned by the parents of Thai Thai's owner. So, although it's not the original Thai restaurant in town, the family that owns it was the first to bring the cuisine to Lubbock. Thai Pepper, Bangkok Thai, Saigon Cafe were all established by nefarious former cooks who stole the recipes and established their own restaurants. Best Family Owned Thia Food Thai Thai is my favorite Thai Resturant in all of Lubbock. I love all of thier food, and it is always prepared fresh. They have a great asparagus stir fry, and all of thier dinners are great. I love thier stick rice with custard, and thier thai iced tea. They are closed on Tuesday, as well as daily from 4-5. Also, it is REALLY busy if you go at lunch. I think it is great if you call in, and then pick it up. It is also a very nice atmosphere with a big tv and fish tank. PROS: Best food ever CONS:
