Poor service
We are very long time customers of HASCO. Office staff took good care of us when we called late Friday afternoon before the Labor Day weekend with an AC breakdown. We figured we'd be out of luck, but they got Chase out to help us. He did a great job getting our upstairs AC unit back on line and running great. Not only did he take all the panels off and thoroughly clean and test the outside split, he also climbed into the very hot attic to confirm the condensation drains were clear and that the equipment was in good working o... read more
I called Hasco to make repairs on my tankless hot water heater. They responded to me in a timely and professional manner. They made me feel like a valued customer and when it was all done and said, they charged a fair price. Very professional and I couldn’t ask for more.
