Horrible experience with maintenance department. They do not care about the tenants at all. There is not sense of urgency when people need help. Poor communication unless it's about money.
Don't rent with Hasbrouck! DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT WITH HASBROUCK. I have never had a more inattentive landlord than Ray. Over the 10 months we lived in our apartment, we had every major appliance break, and it took weeks of badgering (emailing, calling, and actually going in to the office) each time to get anything fixed. Our apartment was also filthy when we moved in, and although we requested for it to be cleaned several times, they never cleaned it.
