Not a good company. Agents bait-and-switch you into renting (look out for Courtney Cameron) and then go against their word once you're already moved in. Word of advice, get everything they tell you in writing/email, or else you'll pay for it down the road. Had to pay over $2000.00 to them as a direct consequence of being misadvised.
