Not a good company. Agents bait-and-switch you into renting (look out for Courtney Cameron) and then go against their word once you're already moved in. Word of advice, get everything they tell you in writing/email, or else you'll pay for it down the road. Had to pay over $2000.00 to them as a direct consequence of being misadvised. There are two situations I would like to mention in this review that are somewhat related and have caused a considerable amount of discontent with Hasbrouck Management: 1. I leased with Hasbrouck Management at Eagles Landing with the intention of it serving as a short-term accommodation. While inquiring about the apartment, I specifically outlined this intention with the Eagles Landing staff, to which they answered that I could not break a lease, but I would have an opportunity to sublet.
