My daughter's very first visit was great. We were given some hope and things looked promising. However, everything went downhill from there. She was supposed to have her second appointment today, and I say supposed to because THEY cancelled it without any communication to us. We showed up to her appointment and was told there should've never been a follow up appointment made (even though we were told to make one) because we were supposed to follow up with a doctor in Pennsylvania. Showed up for an appointment for testing that wasn’t even in their system. Then the medical director came out to talk to me and was no help regarding testing, diagnosis, treatment - told me to “go to Boston.” Said they don’t treat the condition I was testing for, even though it’s listed on their website. Wrote me off and disregarded me.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Fredette since her T1D diagnosis this past summer. She has been an amazing provider. She’s incredibly easy to talk to, very personable, and truly seems to care about the families she’s working with. On top of all that, the entire staff here is GREAT!! They will go above and beyond to get you the tools and information you need. I have had a marvelous experience overall.
