I went in with pictures on my phone and explaining the type of haircut I wanted with words and gestures but ended up with hair that is not only lopsided and uneven but 3 inches shorter than what I wanted! The haircut is so horrible that I may have to get it super short and that's not what I wanted and I feel embarrassed walking around with my hair like this it's so unprofessionally cut. Mi familia y yo utilizamos el colágeno y el shampoo de romero y ya no necesitamos ningún otro producto para tener el cabello hermoso.
