I was amazed on how fast this company provides the report. They stood by their word on returning the report within the time frame mentioned on their web page. Although my report was not what I wanted to see but after a discussion with the licensed mobile home installer/inspector, he explained why the new codes were implemented. It was nice to hear honesty from an inspector and not something that would keep me out of the loop.

On notification to the need of a foundation inspection for my manufactured home i didn't know whom I should contact so I contacted my realtor and they suggested HAS Inspections, LLC because of their timely service and professionalism. The process was easy peezy. One call, well two if you count the owner of the company taking time to chat with me on the confirmation and payment options. From my recent experience with HAS Inspections, LLC, I would not recommend them to do a mobile home foundation inspection. Their loose and arbitrary interpretation of the 400-page HUD document they reference resulted in major work and expense to modify my skirting to what they deemed as "adequate." The skirting on my mobile had been installed to county code and had survived two major hurricanes with no damage. We are very sorry Mr. Stratton had a negative experience with our company, but he is incorrect that we made a mistake or did not understand the HUD requirements for skirting on manufactured homes in Florida. The truth is that HUD doesn't like vinyl skirting and if they had their way, they would not insure a loan on a home that has it without the type backing they think is proper.
