The back bumper of my car needed to be replaced along with one of the sensors. During the repair, this shop managed to disconnect the backup camera wires causing the camera to malfunction. When I told them the problem, they said it wasn’t their fault and to take back the car because the bumper was replaced and refused to fix the camera.
