Ever since I was referred by a friend to Dr Fatima after a scary episode with another dentist, it has been a great experience all the way - at least as dentist visits go . My four kids get their dental care and regular cleaning done here, even though it means coming to Ajax all the way from Markham. Dentists, hygienists, and the staff are all very competent and friendly.
This dentist is the worst dentist. Never go to this dentist. She put a filling over a decaying tooth and then said “ you might have to do a root canal after”. she is unprofessional. STAY AWAY.
Love this place. The workers are sooo nice and gentle. The place is clean, and the cleanings are so refreshing. It doesn't hurt one bit. Keep up the good work!! 💖
I visited Dr. Fatima at Harwood Dental Group a few months ago for treatment. Due to my anxiety, she referred me to a doctor who prescribed a course of medication. After completing the medication, I saw no improvement and was advised to take stronger meds with potential side effects. When I raised my concerns with Dr. Fatima, she responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, stating that she couldn’t treat me without these medications, despite knowing the risks involved. Harwood Dental Group has been taking care of me and my family for years. Everyone is very kind, professional and highly skilled from teeth cleaning to dental work to reception and billing. And the measures they’ve taken to protect us during COVID have been OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend them!!!!
