I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business. I’ve ordered bricks from them multiple times, and none of my experiences have been good. This is a small town where everyone talks, so I’ve heard similar complaints from others as well. There’s a guy named John who has absolutely no customer service skills. Extremely difficult to get back money owed. Be careful. I continue to get the run around about returned pavers from 3 weeks ago.

We were redoing our firelace with thin bricks. The big box stores and tile stores had very little to offer. Oldcastle had many choices of whole brick, thin brick and face stone and were patient and helpful. Despite the many choices we didn't really see exactly the style we wanted. We sent Perry a picture of a firelace we found online and he quickly found thin bricks that matched it. They were in stock and reasonably priced.
