We went there to pick up a scheduled order and the woman came outside and rudely sent us away because they were closed for inventory. I get it, but if you’re gonna be closed for inventory, don’t schedule pickups on those days and put up a sign on the gate or online. At the very least have some customer service skills and don’t be rude to people.
I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business. I’ve ordered bricks from them multiple times, and none of my experiences have been good. This is a small town where everyone talks, so I’ve heard similar complaints from others as well. There’s a guy named John who has absolutely no customer service skills.
