By far one of the worst companies that I ever came across and had service with. The staff are the worst to get a hold of and are not very professional. They screwed us over and put us under unnecessary stress. If you are able to go to another company, I suggest to do so. This is coming from someone who had a one year lease with them.
I hate that they can't seem to control their tenants, and that their maintenance man smokes and throws his cigarettes into the street. Thanks for trashing IV.
