Prices are up service is down. My mani/pedi was rushed in and out in under 30 minutes. Harwich Nails is all about quantity not quality after going there for nearly two years I will not be going back. I’m curious how many of the workers actually have their license from the state
The worst and most pricey pedicure I have ever had! DO NOT GO HERE! GROSS and Rude service! Pulling hairs out of the polish when I am sitting right there…. The women was literally wearing a shirt that said “I don’t care” and she didn’t… 3 chipped toes in 4 days, went back to fix and they were once again rude. Fixed for free but more chips within 48 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE
DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY!! I wish there were an option for zero stars because this is what that salon deserves.
I just had the worst nail experience of my life at this place. The one woman who spoke English there embarrassed me in front of the entire salon which then made me start to cry. She belittled me and told me that they didn’t have time for what I needed done and that I should have included more information on my online appointment. A good business would never tell a paying customer that they are too busy; find the time for your customers if you are a good business.
