If I could give them zero stars I would. Very fraudulent agency who told me one thing and then did another that cost me thousands of dollars. They outright lied. Twice!! The owner Jen is snarky, rude, and sarcastic. I am taking my business elsewhere! Zero stars do not recommend! If MEEMIC would let me switch to a different agency, I would, but they won’t, so they’ve lost my business. Furthermore, I have never given a Google review. That’s how strongly I feel about Harvitt.
If I could have given Meemic No stars I would have. This company has been dodging me since the initial call to report the incident of one of their drivers hitting me in a parking lot. On that initial call I received a claim number. I have not had any response to any communication attempts since. I have called and sent emails. No response. It has been three weeks and I still am unable to get them to respond about covering damages. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone or email.
