We had our roof replaced by Harville in 2022, since then it has leaked a number of times. The roof was installed improperly by not putting the required underlayment on our 2/12 pitch. Harville offered to put a bandaid on it but we are tired of having them out to constantly keep repairing the issues. Now we have to pay a qualified roofer with standards and morals to fix it the right way!
Neighbors across the street had siding done and the work looks great. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where individuals from this company have driven through my front yard. Not just slight tire marks from the somewhat narrow neighborhood road, but literally through my front yard about 15-20 feet from the street. Completely unacceptable and its a shame to have to leave a review for a company that I didn't even hire.
Working with Tom and his team was a breath of fresh air on my deck project. They resurfaced and extended my deck and fixed issues from the last contractor. The work was completed on time and the quality and craftsman ship is exceptional. Thank you Tom and team for all your hard work and excellent communication.
We were referred to this roofer from a friend and he came very highly recommended. We had some storm damage and needed our roof repaired. He came out, had good communication, at first, then after we were past all the insurance issues, we were ready to schedule and he ghosted us. Just stopped responding and left us high and dry to find another company. Highly unprofessional and very confusing, as he was very responsive at first. I would not recommend working with these people.
