Ordered 2 lamb shoulders for a celebratory dinner, discussed it through on the phone at length, was told they'd be ready for collection any time on the day before I needed to cook them. Came to pick them up, was told that wouldn't be available, now I'm scrabbling to find an alternative. Complete let down.
Purchased an Italian Sandwich there and the meat was bad. The sandwich was poorly made and I could smell the spoiled ham as soon as I opened the packaging. The Takoma Park location has never failed me. Very unfortunate for a location like Union Market.
My sandwiches were extremely sloppy and bread was wet to the point where the aluminum foil paper was tearing and could not enjoy. Stick to the original Soko in Tacoma Park
Take a trip to this spot and damn near fight for parking to get a sub and they tell me they are out of bread at the heart of the day...DIABOLICAL! BEYOND IRRITATED! First time visiting...Last time visiting.
I use to order from the old Harvey's all the time and there was never ever a mistake. Now twice I have ordered from Harvey and both times they gave the wrong order to Doordash. Both times I ordered a ton of meat and chicken. Today I ordered bone in leg of lamb and chicken things and I got a sandwich delivered instead). No one picks up the phone and no one calls back.I calle Mercato who takes their orders and they said they have to contact them and get back to me and still no call back. Never again
