I’m sure this place is fine on a normal day, but my experience wasn’t great. I was the only customer waiting and was ignored for about 5 minutes. Then their power went out—oddly just their stall, not the rest of the market. I asked if I could pay cash and they initially said yes, but when I returned with cash they said no because their scales were electric.
This used to be my favorite spot for sandwiches for lunch. However, I think it’s under new management or something. They removed the original sandwiches. I asked for a cold cut sandwich and they gave it to me hot two times. I just gave up! If you go there looking for the good old Harvey market sandwiches, don’t bother!! Also the old Harvey’s made nice sandwiches full of meat. This sandwich is thin and not enough meat to cover the sandwich.
Might be the best cheese steak I’ve EVER had. Fantastic work. Great sandwich and great employees
