I called Harvey's to see if they took Car SHIELD, the man who answer was very nice , guide me through how it works, explain every little detail of how it works, test drive my truck, help me call and make all the arrangements, then I was supposed to there early so we could get it all done cause CAR SHIELD has a very long wait abt 4 or more hours after he completed the work, but even then he stayed almost to the end to make sure I was ok. Came here for a diagnosis that I needed because of an A/C issue. Had it come back that the two parts I needed was a new Blower Motor and a new Fresh Air Control Module. I was quoted $600 for the part that I found online for $200. As well as $200 for the blower motor that I purchased for $45. Then had me at a grand total of $1400. I took my vehicle to another shop after installing the new module myself and had the blower motor installed for $75. I recommend not going here.
