Harveys did a great job in fixing a few dings,dents, and scratches on my car…..Lilly provided us with a quick and detailed estimate for the work to be done and the work was completed quickly in a couple of business days….Lilly was easy to get to communicate with and kept us updated on the process……Defintely recommend Harvey’s for your bodywork needs on your vehicle…..
No communication from them on the status of my car. I always had to call them and they only called me back once. I was completely in the dark on what was happening with my car. In the end, it was deemed a total loss and still no one called me. By the time I found out through my own actions, it was too late for me to do anything. Really bummed out by this experience.
Very quick and easy process to get my car worked on. The staff were very friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Tim! He went above and beyond helping me through the process.
Should have been totaled. Geico customer hit me and they recommended this place and it had fantastic reviews, so I was ok with my truck getting towed there. Horrible experience. Jordan was my service advisor. They had my truck for over two months, no calls or updates. I had to Complain to Geico about why it was taking so long and Come to find out, my truck had already been "ready" for a week.
