I took my car to Harvey's Autotech (due to positive reviews) on 9/12. I had run diagnostic and told them that the inverter was bad on my hybrid car. They said they would take a look at it tomorrow (9/13). I was fine with that to ensure that the diagnostic codes were correct - that's fair. They didn't say, "Usually those parts are expensive" or "Expect this to be over $2,500 if that needs to be replaced."
