I wish I could give "zero" stars. I have known Ryan and his family since high school. Never gave it a second thought that everything would go HORRIBLY wrong when my Father passed in January of 2022. Now 2 years later, I finally have closure. Ryan avoided phone calls, did not answer numerous emails, failed to prevent my Father's HOA from assessing over $6000 in fees, as he promised. I made the biggest mistake of my life when I hired Ryan Layton as my probate attorney. It’s been over a year and a half of pure hell and it’s still not finished because he doesn’t answer my emails or calls (he has caller ID). I sold the probate house a year ago and as of yet the funds have not been distributed and lies all the time when we can get the money out of HIS trust account. Mr. Layton totally mishandled my case and now is being investigated by Florida Bar of Florida Supreme Court. Please dont fall victim to this unethical "lawyer". I hope there is a minus rating avaialbe to put up here.
