Great Setrvice every time I have had the pleasure of working with this company for commercial as well as residential spaces. Every employee I have dealt with has been courteous and knowledgeable. There is always a fair and "understandable" estimate as well as bill provided. Their scheduled maintenance is reliable and efficient. Trouble calls are handled very quickly. I highly recommend this company for their skill and pricing.

relaible and affordable These guys do a great job and the specilaity is they know what they are doing with their prompt services.I have used their services for a while and find them quite genuine with their on call services and their filter changer and cleaning the air conditioning duct .

Caveat Emptor I used these guys and had a terrible experience with them. My AC broke during a terrible heat wave in July of 2003. The system was under warranty. I called and asked for quick service due to the heat. Hottel couldn't make it out until a Saturday. They diagnosed the problem, said that they would have to order the part and it would take a week to have the repair completed. And they charged me $178 for coming out on a Saturday (30 minutes), which was dictated by their inability to come to my home during the week! ... read more
