Hello. I am a dental surgeon my mother went to see this podiatristHe will order many tests that are unrelated to the patient's condition, His secretary is rude and covers up his incompetence. Beware!!!!

Dr. Strauss has nice bedside manners and is knowledgeable in all he does (hence the 2 stars). However, there is a key gap in the way he provides care/treatment. For instance, I was given instructions to have custom-made orthotics ($500 out of pocket) and was left to the Orthotist (BOCO) to provide the correct care/treatment. Even after complaining to the BOCO that the orthotics were hurting (and most likely caused the current swollen tendon) the BOCO claims that she had spoken to Dr. Strauss to revise the orthotics (I don't ... read more
