Dr. Serota is experienced, polite and communicates efficiently (speaks in a manner you can comprehend). While of an age to have vast experience he is still tech. savvy and frequently references your charts and diagrams during visits. Dr. Glasscock is a very pleasant person. He was thorough in explaining my condition and what could and could not be done to address my issues.
I had to go to E. R. last Good Friday with my heart racing. I was recommended to see Dr. Glascock. When he entered the exam room he made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me that I had Supra ventricular tachycardia. I am so glad that he he is the doctor that was I was sent to!!
Dr. Glascock has done a wonderful job of providing care for me regarding my pacemaker. He explains what kind of care I need and why and he is very thorough. He has never rushed through any of my visits and he prepares me for what is next in my care.

I am confident that Dr Serota is on point with his diagnosis. I have never had a more thorough evaluation and comprehensive plan for care. He is aware of the many new drugs coming on the market that can aid in my treatment. I am fortunate to have him as my physician.
Dr Serota focused on me and my situation. He explained what he knew and the reasons behind the tests he wanted to run. Descriptions of my heart condition were very clear. Dr Serota promptly responded to my subsequent communications via SLHV website. All in all i felt that i was in very competent hands.
I feel Dr. Serota is driven to accurately diagnose and treat my condition. I'm impressed with his approach and with how thorough he is.
