After years of being a loyal BigFoot Java customer and spending thousands of dollars with this business, I am extremely disappointed by how I was treated at the SeaTac drive thru today. I attempted to pay with Apple Pay, as I have MANY times before. When the employee said the payment was declined, I immediately showed her my phone, which displayed the $19.10 transaction as pending. I've been to this stand 2 times at 2:30 in the afternoon. You shouldn't have to wait 15-20 minutes for a coffee with only one car ahead of you. First time the girl told me they sent someone home and today I just drove thru without ordering. Owner needs to remember they don't have a business without customers.
