Service was extremely slower then usual. Not sure why , nothing seemed out of the norm when I got to the window?
This is the closest location to my work and every few months I decide to give it another chance but unfortunately just have bad experiences every time. They are super super slow- took almost twenty minutes. Always make my drink wrong and are always super rude. I have driven away on occasion when I see a certain barista working. Was hoping that over some time this location would improve but that has not happened, therefore decided to leave my input here.
“Logan” you made our day bad, you shouldn’t be this rude with customers who been loyal for multiple years.
