Hands down the best eye professional I have ever encountered. Incredible detail in the exams with evaluations I had never seen before. I have recommended Dr. Hanlen and his staff to others who have had the same experience. He diagnosed an issue for a friend that was overlooked by their previous eye doctor.... A well deserved 5 stars!
Charged an extra ten dollars which office claimed my medical did not cover. Received my eob and everything was covered but the copay which I had paid. Therefore I was charged some additional fee which could only be for processing my insurance. Unreal! Went in for an eye exam with no problems. Since they found a cataract ( no issues no symptoms) they charged me for a medical exam and also a vision exam. Submitted to both insurances. i feel they are out for the money. Not going back
