We were with Harvey and Owings for years. Pros: very communicative, flexible payment dates and only charge a 10 late fee. Cons: Not the best rates by a long shot. Added a new car to our policy and it increased our monthly payment from around $70 to over $374! Lovely folks, but we switched companies and saved over $250/month.
