Absolutely love Harvey Oaks they have always been so good to me.
I had taken my wife's engagement ring in to be repaired as it had split. They initially fixed it and had to have it sent out to be plated to restore the shine to the ring, but warned that the repair might not hold as the material was very thin in that area. After a reasonable quote for the repair and a couple weeks to get the ring back it was about 2 months and the ring split in the same area as before.
