This store has the worst electrical department of all harvey norman stores Australia wide , if you bring in a product for product care Claim , patiently wait till Next year and forger about your product , worst managers as well , giving wrong eta' s to customers and miss leading information Don't get any product from this store because customer service doesn't matters to them .

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PICKUPS unless specifically instructed!!! The general pick-up location is right at the back of the Hoppers Crossing store where you drive around from the one-way lane on the right of the shopfront. They should have just included a pin-pointed navigation when sending out texts.

Poor pick up experience. Bought a dryer and picked up via warehouse behind the store. Didn't appreciate the attitude of the staff member who seemed to be surprised we were there, even though we followed all the online prompts and received a call from Harvey Norman advising they were expecting us. Also it should be made clear online that the staff bring items TO your car and not INTO it. He advised that they are not legally obliged to put items in your vehicle.
