It's actually amazing how good this dealership is - I can only speak on the service end. From pricing, to excellent customer support, and knowledgeable insight - this is a service department others likely model themselves after. This really does start with Brian is service, he's great - even his calm voice makes your urgent car issue seem alot better. I wish I could bring all my cars here from my Alfa to my jeep or mazda- I've dealt with every dealer and mostly would use local shops for my cars. My GX only will only see Harv... read more

Harvey Lexus Service Department has provided excellent service for my vehicles for more than twenty-five years. The service department representatives with whom I’ve interacted have been knowledgeable, customer-oriented, professional and focused on keeping the vehicles they service in top notch condition. Couldn't even make an appointment, no one answered my calls. You would think a luxury dealership would at least have someone to answer phones.
