SABOTAGE, I took my SUV in for radiator service, when I got the car back the next day the check engine light came on and my car stated shaking. The check engine light had never been on before. I took my car back to the dealership that day and they told me it would be $50 to diagnose it... I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!

We are very disappointed the customer feels this way about service work completed nearly a year ago on a 2006 Lexus vehicle. With extensive work being done, it is not unusual for a check engine light to come on following service. Though we understand the frustration of having to pay a diagnosis fee, we do not agree with the assessment of the completed service work we performed.
Besides the newly renovated showroom, Harvey Lexus's new Coffee Bar offers are great selection of Coffee, Tea,and Hot Chocolate. Don't forget the fresh cookies, and muffins.
No service on 20 degree night refused to come out to home with no heat on 20 degree night. I offered to pay for service call, rude, demanded to know who tenant was getting oil from. Tenant had purchased oil from Chickos before.
