Solid realtor in a very trying market.
Greatly appreciated the thoroughness and questions asked that helped in narrowing down the properties we travelled to town to see. This broker was used in the sale of my mother's home Jan Waterhouse on April 29 ,2016 and per the new buyers, the broker was extremely rude and unprofessional to them. They stated that the husband walked out twice and if not for the wife loving my Mother and her home the sale would have fallen through.
