Everything was excellent.
Dr Reiser was professional and showed that he cared about his patients.
Doctor was very competent, friendly and my exam was thorough. She listened to my concerns about my vision changes and eye wear. The other staff involved in the appointment were friendly and thorough as well. I would definitely recommend this practice!
Dr wasilauski is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met. She epitomizes professionalism while her genuine kindness shows in the care she provides.
Dr. Reiser removed a cataract with laser for me. The procedure went so smoothly that afterwards I don't know why I was so nervous. Dr. Reiser was so nice to me, talked, said everything is was doing, made me very relaxed. I could never have had a better Doctor than him. Would recommend him to everyone I know.
After surgery had less Pheriphial vision. I’ll be like this for the rest of my life. He gave no explanation for it. Told me I’d get use to it. This is the first negative review I ever wrote for a doctor. Very insensitive. I would never recommend him.
Unprofessional & lacking bedside manner! My daughter, who recently turned 4, was seen by Dr Sharky who became visibly upset because my daughter was reluctant to cooperate due to Dr. Sharky’s aggressive tone and lack of empathy. He threatened her with more eye drops, another visit, and said “she seems of average intelligence she should be able to read the chart. This may be something you can prep her for next time.” She was scared & he made no effort to make her feel safe and comfortable.????
He aired on the side of safety and waiting when i was loosing my vision in my eye. He told me it would get worse before better. Instead of giving me the prescribed meds..i ended up in the er and hospitalized for three days because he was not proactive. He at least called me back after dc at which i told him i did not agree with his course of action and was going elsewhere.
