They always have quality products in stock and what they don't have they get promptly. Rarely or never, are the products damaged. Ordered a French door and new guy accidently ordered door with a handicap sill. We were so worried that it was going to fall back on us to make it right. Side note the door was unbelievably heavy. To our relief they got us on the phone with a manager right away and he not only said he will fix it. But he will have someone come pick it up on site and replace it.
