The branch manager at this location is great! Rick is super knowledgeable and helpful! Always willing to go the extra mile to help with any problems that arise on the job site! Definitely recommend using Rick and Lansing Building Products!

Total waste of time. The salesman kept looking at his watch (you have an hour to go buddy before you close). Said they can’t give any prices because we aren’t contractors. They asked us when we walked in if we were working with a contractor and we said yes. No mention of not being able to assist us. The door manufacturer specifically told us to go to them for pricing. He couldn’t find the doors he had in the book and wouldn’t help us put a door together. Looking at the rating I would say we dodged a bullet.
