Very helpful staff, great information on roofing and siding.
Total waste of time. The salesman kept looking at his watch (you have an hour to go buddy before you close). Said they can’t give any prices because we aren’t contractors. They asked us when we walked in if we were working with a contractor and we said yes. No mention of not being able to assist us. The door manufacturer specifically told us to go to them for pricing. He couldn’t find the doors he had in the book and wouldn’t help us put a door together. Looking at the rating I would say we dodged a bullet.
The branch manager Rick is so insanely incompetent as well as the Warehouse Manager. Whoever employees these people need to be fired, probably why they can’t retain employees. Never shopping here again.
