They don’t come better than Dr Gross. He has been integral in managing my two elderly parents care with compassion, sensitivity and wonderful diagnostic insight. His assistant Jillian has been exceptional to work with. My parents are very lucky to be under their care.
Was on time but apparently it was a slow day. Everyone was friendly which is an improvement from the past. While with the doctor we were interrupted 4 times. It was office staff and another doctor asking the doctor I was with questions. I was shocked by the lack of respect toward individuals that have waited to see the doctor and the people there not respecting the time and thinking they are more important.
