Horrible Customer Service! I tried working with this company via Facebook and they were incredible unprofessional. After they were incredible rude I let them know that I would not be doing business with them and they replied "Awesome!" That right there should speak volumes about their customer service skills.

Good and bad. When I got behind on rent bc of surgery they worked with me to get caught up. However I received letter to evict bc of my emotional support animal. I rented from them for over 2 years. The lady in office is pretty rude and will harass you even told me once I can't split up my monthly rental payment I have to pay all at once even though it was all paid by end of month with late fee payment. Other than that they are good place to rent from but if you have service animal or emotional support animal I would not adv... read more
