Unfortunately I did not see dr Harvey , he was away but the girls in the office had no idea about copay .... very unprofessional. Even so dr Harvey called me in the evening to apologize I will certainly not go there
I have been trying to get ahold of these folks for weeks now regarding a complaint on an outstanding bill that was never reconciled. We are in fact making preparations to forward this to Westchester County Courthouse. Got in the office and was taken care of right away. Dr Harvey was awesome and very professional and took care of my issue right away...i couldnt any happier
