Go elsewhere!!... Was left waiting for 3 months for my glasses that never came. Countless supplier issues were brought up and they kept saying that my glasses would arrive soon. News flash... they didn't. Quick and thorough eye exam, no eye dialation required! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They use modern technology to make everything easier, more comfortable and more thorough. They stock the best lenses (Zeiss) at fair prices with all the options without overwhelming you with all the details. They are very discerning about the quality of the frames as well. Competent opticians, I was able to get new Zeiss lenses fitted for my own frame, from a brand they had probably never heard of.
My mom and I have been coming to Harvey eye for over 10 years and I just called and they hung up on me because my son was crying in the background. I also have no contacts and my eye glasses I’m wearing I can barely see out of. I asked if I could just get one pair of contacts until my next appointment( which is not until 7/26) and she said no because my time to see him expired in March. I am a mom and I have a lot going on. We love Dr Harvey and the staff. We are always treated wonderfully. They have a great variety of frames. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They also see children so it’s eye care for the whole family.
