These guys have had my 6 month old Samsung LCD tv for 20 days and counting... first they couldn't get it to reproduce the problem, even though it wouldn't work for me more than 30 min with out blinking. Next they saw it flicker and said they were gonna order the part, called the next week and they still were GONNA order the part... this week I still haven't heard from them ... so I will not recommend them to anyone who expects fast efficient service on a warranty covered television. (or any other repair for that matter)
