I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from both the staff and the owner. Brenda was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping or addressing concerns. The owner was just as unprofessional, offering no resolution and instead displaying an attitude that made it clear customer satisfaction was not a priority. It’s unfortunate because good service makes all the difference, and this business clearly lacks it. I won’t be returning.
I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Kyle. He answered all of my questions and our repair was completed perfectly! Brenda, in the office, was also great to work with and such a pleasant person to talk to. We will definitely be calling Harvey Contractors again. Before and after photo included.
Brenda was very rude… I do not recommend this company to anyone. Please save your self from headache.
Brenda was amazing on the phone and Joe was super professional and knowledgeable when it came to replacing a motor for my attic fan through AHS. Would definitely recommend!
