Easy to schedule service appointment. Neal and the customer service team at Harveys are always helpful and courteous. Service was efficient, and completed better than expectations!
The service advisors at Harveys take time to explain what is going on with my car. I trust them to get the work done. Plus I loved having the plastic seat covering on my seat to protect it from dirt from the mechanics. I might reuse that someday!

We were sold a lemon for $23,000. My son purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport in September. Six days later, we started having issues with thick white smoke coming from the exhaust pipes.
