Amazing staff!! Highly recommend Patrick in the service department for repairs. All the staff was WONDERFUL.
Service was great and did not have to wait long to complete the items I requested. Michelle was very helpful and explained in detail what they would be doing to complete the service. Could not be happier with the service.
Service writer lied to me about a service she said was required to maintain the warranty. Owner manual plainly states when and what services are due.
It is too expensive now that Shelor has bought out Harvey’s. The price Harvey’s charged was fair and reasonable. Shelor has always been ridiculously expensive for service. Guess it’s time to find a new service center again🙄.
We left my daughter's car there on a Sunday after it overheated. From the first phone call on Monday morning, to diagnosis and the repair being complete that afternoon, the service was incredible. Michelle Earnhardt was so lovely to talk to long distance and she helped us will all of our concerns including how we were going to be able to pay for such a huge repair!
