Very disappointed in my experience at harvey subaru. It very much felt like management was going to do anything they could to make sure my car issues were not going to be covered by warranty or recall. Way overpriced for service provided!!! Oil change $40.00 more than I paid for an oil change in Dallas. They ran a diagnostic that was $160.00 to tell me my exhaust was not OEM. Ripoff!!!

I made an appointment to have the oil changed, a new set of tires mounted and balanced, and the check engine light assessed. The waiting room included elevated tables and chairs, and recliner style seating. Refreshments ranged from water and coffee to fountain drinks and slushies. The temperature was comfortable.
