I had a broken tooth. Stopped by to see if this place was taking new patients. And staff member said they were and was even able to schedule me the next morning for a consultation. When I arrived for my consultation, not only did I get a pair of wonderful staff members to talk to me but Dr. Ron even managed to fill my broken tooth in enough time for me to be able to make it to work on time. Thank you to all members of the Harvey and Nichols staff. They were wonderful to me. Look forward to going to next appointment/s.
Five stars, no question. The most important thing for me was that there were no cash grabs or upsells. No speeches about how my teeth are going to explode unless I get a $500 procedure like at my last dentist, no pitch for $20/tube toothpaste, and no AI replacing the dentist's experience and expertise. Just good, old fashioned dentistry. This is my new dentist.
I went in for the first time today and everyone I interacted with was very kind and made the unpleasant event of a dentist appointment actually a good experience. Would definitely recommend!
Very friendly people!! The receptionists and doctors have been great!! Amber (dental hygienist)is amazing!! She makes me feel so comfortable every visit!! She very patient and informative , which I love and appreciate!! Would definitely recommend!!
