Wellington Chase has great units to choose from & they offer very competitive pricing too. The staff & Maintenance are great to work with, IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS! Hola, me mudé recientemente en Wellington Chase y me encanta el Departamento, es muy bonito,cómodo y confortable justo lo que necesitaba,el mantenimiento es súper bueno y se ocupan de inmediato así sea un mínimo problema, Madeline y Amy hacen un excelente equipo de trabajo son muy amables y brindan muy buen servicio, estoy fascinada, encantada con mi departamento más el gran ser humano que es Madeline…Dios te bendiga mucho 🥰
I have lived at Wellington Chase for 5 years, and I love it. Nice and comfortable apartment and friendly people. Maintenance takes care of any problems in a timely manner. Madeline and Amy in the office are so nice and very helpful. I'm glad I moved here after my husband's passing.
A 12-month nightmare. Immediately regretted moving here but tried to give it a chance. The apartments (not just mine) get embarrassingly dusty beyond belief. When you turn on the heat/AC all it does is blow dust through all the vents. The air ducts need professionally vacuumed but that would cost them money to do so. Maintenance just replaces a cheap part with another cheap part so nothing is ever wholly repaired. You can only pay your rent with a check?! Really nice community with very friendly staff! The ladies in the office are extremely helpful, and the maintenance team is fast and professional.
