The home prices in this area are so high now. These houses are not luxury homes, but have sturdy, traditional closet systems, and tough vinyl windows. Two-story, single family homes are much nicer than three-level living in a modern townhome where you spend your whole day in the staircases and can sense the neighbors right there on the other side of the wall.
