The office never answers the phone. They constantly put on you on hold. I waited 20 mins and still no one picked up.
Really inaccessible hours, often closed early, unhelpful reception staff.
The receptionists are extremely rude - if you’re ever lucky enough that one picks up the phone. Mentioned to the doctor several times and she always says I’m the first who’s ever mentioned it. 0/10
Disappointing that the office is closed for lunch from 12:30 - 2:00? I like long lunches too but that is really long, especially when the office closes at 3PM on Monday and I was not able to reach them yesterday either. Dr. Sabera is warm and caring but the hours are not very accessible for people who have jobs.
I regret to say that my experience with Dr. Sadaf Ahmed was very disappointing. I have decided to leave her practice for several reasons: Missed Appointments: She has missed scheduled virtual appointments without any notice from her office. There was no courtesy call or explanation, leaving me feeling undervalued as a patient.
